Hunton Nativo Wood Fiber Insulation

This experience has given Hunton a solid foundation, and even as early as 1889 when Hunton was founded, the objective was clear: We must produce the best building solutions on the market.Throughout the company’s almost 130-year history, we have been subjected to repeated fires and failing economies. Time and again we have risen up and moved forward with the lessons we’ve learned. Adversity has played a part in contributing to restructuring and innovation, and not least, we have seen the importance of being aware of customer needs. Hunton Nativo Wood Fiber Insulation is a wood fibre insulation that protects homes from the cold. This insulation consists mainly of natural wood fibre and will therefore not itch or irritate the skin. Wood fibres has hygroscopic properties, meaning that it will handle moisture very well and reduce condensation damages in homes and buildings. The thermal mass of the wood fibres will at the same time allow the insulation to store the heat over time. Wood fibre insulation will in this way contribute to a stable indoor temperature and a healthy and good indoor climate – even if the temperature changes outside.

Hunton® Nativo Wood Fiber Insulation can be used in walls, floors and roofs, and is Norwegian made of wood from PEFCTM- certified forests.
