GSK is one of the world's largest research-based pharmaceutical companies - and it commits. They have a challenging and inspiring task: "Helping people to do more, feel better and live longer" Globally, the company had developed a work concept that would be implemented in the process - "Smart working - working together".
They moved from 100% office to 100% open landscape. The plan was organized with a good combination of private workplaces, team areas, focus areas, conference rooms and meeting rooms. Social zones conect the different zones together and are the core of this office.
