Danish clothing store chain Jack & Jones had the vision to create a campus where they could train their employees. The site is a blend of a five star resort and rustic simplicity located on the picturesque moors of Jutland, in Western Denmark. The building has now assumed aspects of the surrounding landscape with grass covering the roof.
Kebony Character was chosen for the large terrace deck. Over time, the Kebony wood has developed a natural silver-grey patina while maintaining its hard-wearing characteristics. Three years after installation, Kebony displays outstanding dimensional stability while requiring no maintenance beyond normal cleaning. Kebony was not used for the facade cladding, which is now comparatively weathered and uneven.
