Jarleveien 10 is a communal appartment and service building for people with challenges connected to drugs and alcohol.

The builiding consists of 44 residential units for the tenants, common area and service rooms for the care takers who work there. The building is designed with two wings of four and six stories above ground. The units themselves are divided between three types of 20, 32 and 42 square meters. The main construction for the structure is executed in CLT solid timber. The CLT wall surfaces are exposed in some of the common rooms and units. The buildings facade is made of Superwood panels. The external stairwells are clad in perforated aluminium decorative panels, with art by Beret Aksnes and Vegar Moen.
