Totem is an easy-going chair designed with a light and informal expression. Its round back, inspired by the similar back of the Hippo series, encourages freer and more relaxed sitting positions than traditional chairs. Whether leaning back casually or resting the arms comfortably on the rounded back, Totem accommodates diverse sitting styles, particularly suited for more casual environments. Despite its relaxed nature, Totem is designed to provide good sitting comfort. Its lightweight design is apparent not only in its appearance but also in its ease of lifting and moving around, making it an ideal choice for spaces that require flexibility. 

Totem is constructed on the same durable wooden frame and seat utilized in three existing NORR11 chair series: the NY11 Chair, Elephant Chair, and Bufala Chair. The simple wooden frame adds to the chair’s light expression and gives Totem a straightforward form. Because Totem shares the same frame and seat, it can be combined with the existing chair series, offering the option to create a cohesive look when decorating spaces. This enables chairs to be mixed without overwhelming the space with too many conflicting expressions.
